How we manufacture this model
Production runs in our own Guilin plant rather than through a subcontractor. Housing parts are moulded in-house, the heating assembly is powered up before the housing closes, and every unit passes a function test before it is packed for export.
In-house tooling and moulding
The ABS housing, knob set and window frame run on our own moulds across seven assembly lines in a 15,000 m² facility staffed by 205 workers. Private-mould variants are possible where programme volume supports the tooling cost.
Element, fan and wiring burn-in
Each 1500W heating assembly and its fan motor are powered up on the line before the housing is closed. Dual-voltage wiring is set for the destination market at this stage, together with the rating label.
Quality control and function test
Knob travel, timer bell, thermostat response and the overheat cut-out are exercised on every unit. PTFE pots are inspected for coating defects and the window seal is tested before the carton is sealed.

Is the PTFE pot food-safe?
PTFE used as a food-contact surface is covered in the United States by the FDA under 21 CFR 175.300 for resinous and polymeric coatings. PTFE stays stable far above the 200°C ceiling of this appliance.
